Relaxation Training

People have described Caines Center as a calm, soothing place — a safe haven where they can discuss the stresses they are facing. A beautiful, comfortable atmosphere and relaxing music enhance the experience. When the body and mind are relaxed through guided imagery exercises and deep relaxation, you become more creative in solving problems and more adept at allowing healing to take place. I provide recordings of your guided imagery sessions so you can experience relaxation as often as you choose. The goal is to empower you to learn and practice these skills and make them part of your life.

The benefits of mindfulness for mental and physical health are well-documented. Everyone can benefit from meditating or quieting the mind for even as few as 10 minutes a day. I incorporate meditation training, when appropriate and desired.
