Claire Caines, LCSW, Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist
Claire brings a multitude of experience and skills to teaching relaxation, mindfulness, and enlivening people’s motivation to live their lives fully. A passion for women’s fitness, nutrition and health motivated Claire to bring women together for a day of relaxation, meditation, movement and delicious food. Caines Center For Psychotherapy, founded in 1991, provides a blueprint and tools to enrich people’s lives. In her practice, Claire uses psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to help individuals build hope and self-confidence.

Nadia Ellis, Elite Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach
Nadia’s unique customized flexibility program inspires you to move your body with ease. The strength and lengthening workout is designed to improve posture, muscular/joint flexibility and range of motion with emphasis on breathing. This program helps improve your mental and physical health as well as your stamina.
Nadia started teaching Rags Baladi (Belly Dancing) more than 17 years ago. She discovered her love of dance at a young age while growing up in Alexandria, Egypt. Music and movement are an essential part of her life. Her classes help women of all ages, shapes and sizes to feel better while forming a strong mind/body connection. Dawn Gomez, Licensed Massage Therapist & Registered Yoga Teacher
Dawn provides relaxing full body massages to increase circulation, move and release muscles, and attain mental and physical relief of stress and tension. Dawn opened Garden of Life Massage & Yoga Center in Wantage, NJ in 2003 after discovering that the practice of massage and yoga kept her balanced in her work and life during a difficult time. Dawn creates a way for each individual in her care to feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
