About Claire Caines

I Believe.

Each of us has the answers we need to succeed in life. Sometimes our life experiences conspire to make us lose our own unique voice, the healthy one that guides us along. With the help of a psychotherapist we can access our inner resources and find our way again.

From my own experience I have learned that hope is the most powerful motivator of all. With a deep respect and unconditional positive regard for people, I open the door to hope for my clients.

Education, Experience and Training.
