Fees, Insurance and Payment Arrangements
Caines Center For Psychotherapy accepts both Self-Pay and Insurance
|

Individual and Couples Counseling Self-Pay Rates
$130.00 per session
Session are 50 minutes in length and can be scheduled weekly or every two to four weeks, depending on therapeutic necessity.
Insurance/In-Network Plans
Claire Caines contracts with a number of managed care companies and behavioral health plans. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company directly, and be directed to the behavioral health entity to inquire if Claire is covered (in-network) under your plan. If you are going through insurance, it is also necessary to inquire into benefits, co-pays and/or deductibles, including maximum visits allowed per calendar year. Please bring your insurance card to your first visit.

Payment
Payment, whether co-pay or self-pay, will be collected at the time of the visit. Self-pay and out-of-network clients will be provided an insurance superbill so they can submit directly to the insurance company for reimbursement. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or check.
