I Believe Each of us has the answers we need to succeed in life. Sometimes our life experiences conspire to make us lose our own unique voice, the healthy one that guides us along. With the help of a trusted friend, family member, or psychotherapist we can access our inner resources and find our way again. From my own experience I have learned that hope is the most powerful motivator of all. It is my job as a therapist to open the door to hope for my clients. |

Education, Experience and Training I earned a Bachelors degree from Hollins University and a Master of Social Work from New York University. I am a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers, a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am an active member of the National Association of Social Workers and a fellow of the National Board of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists. I have twenty-five years of experience dealing extensively with individuals, couples and families. I see it as my responsibility to continue to learn new methods of helping my clients. As part of my continuing education I have studied hypnotherapy, new advances in the field of addictions and other clinical areas.
